No they won't let you park on the golf course because of the weight. For my bachelor party we took an RV with 15 guys to Wrigley and could not find a parking spot anywhere in the city. We had to park out at Ohare.

I would advise against bringing an RV to Evanston unless you have a spot reserved through Northwestern. It is impossible to park there, the viaducts are low (I've seen three tractor trailers shredded) and if you find a street spot, the city ordinances prohibit RV parking.
