Roe Bowl Banner on Kinnick Stadium

On Tuesday I noticed the giant Rose bowl Banner on the SE corner of Kinnick. Today, I drove by and noticed that it is no longer there, but the frame it was in still is. The other banners on the stadium are still hanging. Anyone know why the RB one is gone/missing? I wonder if someone actually tried to steal it?

They are probably changing them out to reflect the new Hall of Famers, banners.....maybe

They probably wanted to correct the spelling of Rose.

the original banner didn't have the "Farmers Only.Com" sponsor logo on it, so they had to take it down

The Drunken Cow from the Stanford halftime show stole it. I hate that rich white kids have a voice. I rarely condone violence, but that band needs a good ass kicking. Can we send them to the next Trump rally?

I really wouldn't want an advertisement that we got our ass kicked 45-16 hanging on the stadium, so they probably took that down.

Maybe right now, but years from now, I think we'll all forget all the bad stuff that happened in that game and just remember all of the good stuff that led to it.

I haven't forgotten all the bad stuff that happened in the 82, 86 and 91 Rose Bowls. Still irks me when I think about those games, especially the 86 RB, we should have won that one.
