RIP Princess Lacey

Nice sentiments SSK, and I believe most people like Payne (and there's a bunch) would do exactly what he did, not only was he a part of Lacey's family, but she became part of his & MSU's....I truly commend people who go out of their way to try and make someone else's life a little easier to deal with when faced with a terrible situation like cancer.....How many of us have ever been faced with something like this in our own community? Probably not many, but my point is, if we were or are sometime down the road, we need to step up to the plate, befriend them and their family, so that we might somehow make a difference....God Speed Lacey & Family, and most of all Adrien....

I would hope so, but it is tough even for the best of people to get themselves involved when you know the outcome is grim.

MSU students, as well as Izzo and the basketball team, wrote messages on The Rock as part of a vigil for Lacey this week. Izzo spoke to the students who were there Wednesday night. Say what you want about his coaching style and sideline behavior, but off the court, Izzo is all class.
