Agreed. I've seen people on this board dissing Stanzi and Greene. These people must lead really pathetic lives.

Some act like he's Kirk Ferentz and was the reason Iowa sucks right now. I don't get it either. Just because he may not have a future as an NFL QB is no reason to talk bad about him especially after his career at Iowa.

That was exactly my point in my response. Cassel and Quinn have done zilch this season and you know what Ricky will probably struggle too if he gets in but its a team thing for KC at this point. Having never took a snap in the regular season to predict failure for someone playing QB for the Chiefs is like predicting it might be cold tomorrow. Unfortunately it doesn't appear hes going to start now anyway.

Just a dang FYI, Mark Vlasic appears to the the last dadgum Hawkeye to start an NFL game at QB in 1990. Before that is was Charles Long in 1988.

Honestly I wasn't trying to "dis" Rick. He's the third string QB behind two other bad QBs on a bad team with a remarkable history of throwing the pick six. From a FFB perspective it seems to me too good to be true for a DST.
That said, I am proud of him as a Hawkeye and grateful for what he accomplished at Iowa.
