Ok, saw the kickoff following Wegher's game clincher and Tarpinian made the tackle, AGAIN! Holy crap...that guy had a great game on special teams! I'm pretty sure he had all 5 of the KOR tackles!

My favorite "under the radar" tidbit from the game...Tarpinian had all 4 tackles on KOs...3 solo, up til the Wegher game clincher...not sure about the last KO after the Wegher TD though...everything was a blurr after that.

I've said it before, but I love watching Tarp on KO coverage. Especially when he takes on a "2 man wall" and still blows that up. He is a monster on special teams. But will that equate to a starting job next year? What are his deficiencies?

he was out of position quite a bit when he filled in for Hunter vs OSU

I don't think he meant it like it sounded...but it sounded absolutely terrible.

How about the comment from the guy who said the big 12 had a better bowl year than the big 10.He based it on the big 10 vs big 12 matchups and both conferences having 4 wins.
Wow ,I dont remember the big 12 beating any confernce champions whereas the big 10 beat 2.
