Still not worried about the terps. Indiana could be problematic.

Against the Terps, Iowa will have to tackle better than it did last year in College Park.

Maryland I'm not as worried about....that Indiana game terrifies me.

But the jNW game did too...and these hawks just punished them. So who knows...this team is built to win. Good oline....running backs....and defense. Control the LOS on both sides and grind away.

I just don't get why you people don't expect Iowa to win out. So far all they have done is beat everyone on their schedule. Every game I've been hearing the same old thing, it started with Illinois State and continued right through Northwestern, reason after reason why we should expect to lose. I fully expect to win the remainder of our games.

Because it is extremely difficult, even for elite teams loaded with 4 and 5 star talent (which Iowa is not), to go undefeated.

Don't get me wrong....I would love to see the Hawks go 5-0, or 4-1, the rest of the way, but the realist in me realizes this just might not happen. Maryland is going to be tough. Indiana will be Iowa's most difficult opponent of the year IMO. And Nebraska (which is a lot better than their record) would like nothing more than to knock Iowa out of the Big 10 title game...I expect to see the Huskers give their best effort.

If the Hawks make the Big 10 championship game....they will have earned it. Even if they go 2- 3 the rest of the way, that will still be a darn good season.

Indiana concerns me because they have an offense and a really good QB. We haven't really faced a team with either.

Fact is, we're Iowa, we have lost many games we shouldn't have before every game remaining is scary.

If we're undefeated going into the Huskers game they won't be able to knock us out of that game. Though, they would be incredibly motivated to end our undefeated run.
