Reggie "Big Time" Evans

In professional sports intelligence isn't really important, yeah, not so much.

Trent Richardson is a prime example.

Dude, Trent Richardson was academic all-conference. A dubious distinction at an SEC school, sure, but you don't tard your way into it.

Trent Richardson once said:
"We're the elite team in the league right now. LSU is good, but we're gooder"

But I'm sure whoever was doing his classwork was proud of him becoming SEC All-Academic.

I don't know, maybe he likes to "hide" his intelligence by talking like a moron because if you actually sit down and listen to one of his interviews he sounds stupid.

I guess there is a difference from "being stupid" and "actually stupid", but boy he sure fooled me.

No, somebody said on the internet that he said it. You got proof, Jack? Even if he did say it, having verbal intelligence and being smart are not mutually exclusive. Ask George "is our children learning" Bush.

When the ball hits his hands, Evans’s first instinct is to pass it to someone who can, as quickly as possible. (“It’s like the first time someone holds a really small infant,â€￾ Barry said. “ ‘O.K., here, take it back.’ â€￾)

Brent Barry was a quote machine in Seattle. Still have his Talking Bobblehead, loaded with one-liners.

HA! Somebody put me in their sig at my most ironical! That's awesome, Billso! You should know that I was being self-effacing, but you gotta keep that on regardless...
