Looks great, but it doesn't add any capacity. I feel like if they were planning this, they probably should have done it to the south endzone as well, or added decks to the hospital side (although I'm not sure how to do that without putting in view-blocking columns in the stands). As the drawings stand, Kinnick will be a bit more lopsided than it already is.

I bet in the future if tix demand actually goes up (big if IMO), they'll be able to get over 70k by redoing the south stands similar to the north.
