Recruits at the PSU game - did this effect their decision???

just wondering everyone's thoughts....How many recruits did we lose?

it was from beautiful day, Kinnick rockin', fireworks, black n gold spirit day in the stands....quickly turned into a debacle ...with fans booing, the stadium clearing out...as Jon said.... just BRUTAL....

my personal opinion is....most of these recruits at one point or another in their "careers" have been involved in a "bad loss", so they understand it happens to teams...but this beat down couldn't of had worse timing....

I was at the game and it had to some I would l think. The game stunk and our fans boo'd our players a lot. Not the red carpet we would like probably for some guys who were already thinking of go elsewhere based on some other posts. I hope we don't lose a bunch but I would guess we put ourselves at risk with all of them that were there.

Every recruit walked away with the knowledge they could walk in and be a 4-year starter here. Genius move by KF to tank the game for recruiting purposes.

I think that most of them saw what Kinnick could be prior to the beating and how the fans could be. I think they understand. Now may it turn some away, maybe, but I think others don't care. They care more about the coaches and other players. They know KF and company will be around for a while, so they probably feel pretty safe. I don't know, I don't think it had as huge of an impact as most would think.

I am pretty worried about the impact on recruits. Some of the concern is the PSU debacle, some of it is the lackluster year the Hawks are enduring. Speaking of enduring, so am I.
