Do you think there is a chance that Lubick could take a look at Iowa should his friend Basabe sign with us? I think he decommited from Georgetown and is a solid 4 star player PF.

1.) I do not see this happening
2.) It would be funny if he went from being the only white guy on Georgetown's team to the complete opposite.
1) never say never until signing period is done the way McCaffery & Co have been hitting the recruiting trails
2) more sad than funny that some folks on this board continue to get hung up on race and/or ethnicity instead of genuine person and their respective talent

Is he the son of Basabe's coach? I'm not suggesting he would consider Iowa, but in discussing Basabe's interest Coach Lubick has been quoted as saying Fran is the kind of coach he'd be happy to have his own son play for.

He didn't decommitt from Georgetown. He is not going to Iowa.
