Recent Iowa bowl performances

Iowa has fallen behind a combined 98 - 0 during their last four bowl games. Iowa has almost always been less athletic than bowl opponents, but they used to play tough and win some of them. What has changed? Why is Iowa now repeatedly getting slaughtered from the opening whistle?

And the Insight, Outback, and Taxslayer? There is something seriously wrong with Iowa's bowl prep/game plan.

And the loss to LSU 2 years ago, I thought their starting QB was out and we're playing a backup freshman, otherwise that would prolly have been a slaughter, too. Oh, and the field was wet that day, rain, etc.

4 straight L's and most were not very close.

We play real teams in those games, and not 1-AA Big 10 West opponents.

This is an Iowa problem, not a Big Ten west problem. Wisconsin and Nebby just beat Pac12 teams in their bowl games. Wisconsin is always competitive when they go to the Rose Bowl.
