Had to be either illegal holds, unsportsmanlikes, questioning the officials, or a combination of those.
To get a 3 point penalty it'd have to be the 3rd violation of one of those so I'm guessing it was a mix of 3 separate instances.
It was not penalties. The team scoring is different for freestyle duals.
If you lose, but not by fall, and do score points in the match, then your team gets a point.
It just means three Wm Jewell wrestlers managed to score and not get pinned.
