They are ranked 30 spots ahead of Iowa as an academic institution. They didn't screw up and move their state capital away from their flagship university. They have a nationally known college town atmosphere and game day experience. They have way more students...

The state of Wisconsin has almost twice as many people as Iowa. Madison is 150 miles from Chicago. Madison is also a really cool town.
