Amen . The guy made a silly mistake in college and its the first thing that gets brought up after he passes away. Some people on here are Disgusting!

Crazy situation. Died of multiple gunshot wounds in his home, living next to a family member but nobody called police with a report of gun shots fired. Rather the body was discovered by visiting family members. Bizarre.

The fact that this has to be posted is really shameful.
I haven't checked the boards much since the news came down earlier.
As a Hawk and an Iowan (and a HUMAN), I'm going to trust that my university's fan base knows when to say when on these matters.
The deceased was younger than I am. I don't care what college he went to -- it's a tragedy.
in a few days (or tomorrow), they're going to talk smack to us, and we're going to talk smack to them ... but not about this. We are above that.
Thoughts to the family of the deceased.

I would say "No wonder ISU fans hate Iowa fans", but it's not a one way street when it comes to this crap. I guess "human decency" sits in the back seat behind the shield of the web...

Very sad. Seems ISU has dealt with several of these tragedies the past ten years. Not sure how anyone would find them "funny" or why they would feel a need to make caustic or insensitive comments.

Almost beyond belief. It sort of puts stuff like AIRBHG on the back shelf. Can't imagine how it affects teammates and coaches, et. al.

We all had a lot to learn in our early 20s, but for most of us...it didn't cost us our life. When a guy dies at this young age...it's like he never got the chance. Sad story.
