Ray Lewis

True story is 99.9% of black men in America get charged and convicted of murder or conspiracy/abetting to murder in the same situation Ray Lewis was in, but Ray had the money for the attorneys to get out of it.

You do realize that Ben Roethlisberger used the same attorney as ole Ray, Ray when he decided he liked drunk college chicks? Just sayin.

Yes, Kobe and Ray Lewis paid out claims to each defendant (or family), but they clearly didn't commit any crimes. Just being found not guilty doesn't mean they are innocent.

Not guilty means legally couldn't prove it in court that they were guilty.

Innocent means they didn't do it.

So watching someone get stabbed and actually doing the stabbing...........that is the same thing to you?

Ray Lewis should be in prison, not playing in the Super Bowl. F him.

How convenient that they couldn't find the white suit he was wearing the night that those 2 guys were murdered. Weird...

It's probably in the same place as the clothes OJ was wearing the night Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman died after they both fell on kitchen knives. Weird...

Convenient or incompetent DA?

If they would let OJ out of prison he could go back to his search for the real killer.

There seem to be quite a few people here who really, really want to believe Ray Lewis murdered a couple of people, despite the fact he clearly didn't.

Even the "Kobe is a rapist" haters think you guys are overboard.

Ghosto- would you mind explaining to the rest of us how it is a "fact" that Ray Lewis didn't murder those 2 guys? There seems to be some information that you have access to that I do not. And btw, being forgiven by the lord and savior isn't the same thing as being innocent, just so we're clear.

He may have gotten away with something, we don't know. I'm guessing Ray knew something, however, he didn't actually handle the weapon, correct? He was given a "second" chance, and appears that he has made the best of that through the years, with the many good things he's done and given back.

His spirituality has guided him in a better direction and with way more good done than if he had been convicted, incarcerated, and "rehabilitated"! Not always the case, and not the way life and morals are to be determined.... but this time it was and continues to appear to be net positive.

Well let's hope that's the case and that it doesn't come to light at a later date that he's been a serial killer all of these years, right? (I don't think he's a serial killer, for the record)

You're not racist

I am racist for pointing out that the system is slanted to convict poor, young black men of crimes, and they have little chance to defend themselves because as Chris Tucker, would say, if you can't afford an attorney you will be appointed the dumbest MF'ing attorney that ever lived?

The fact that he wasn't prosecuted for murder is a big hint that he probably didn't murder anyone. I doubt a DA is going to take a Obstruction of Justice plea on a celebrity if they have a solid murder case.

Let it go, brah, he is a professional athlete, people assume guilt, regardless.
