I don't know if anyone has seen this in any of the pre-game reports from the Super Bowl, but apparently Ray Lewis, the middle linebacker for the Ravens, is going to retire after this game.

I wonder if that will affect the Ravens in Sunday's game. He is like the James Morris of Baltimore.

Ever heard of him, sorry! Good luck with retirement, I hope he doesn't get into any trouble like arrested for double murder.

My wish is that ray-ray will go all Junior Seau on himself real soon.
 
I think it really speaks to the character of Joe Flacco to stand aside before a big game like this and let some attention go to a little-known defensive player, rather than himself; The QB, captain, and leader of the team. I'll bet that team plays really hard for Flacco in this game. Don't be surprised if that lifts them up and helps them win.
 
Ray Lewis should be in prison, not playing in the Super Bowl. F him.

How convenient that they couldn't find the white suit he was wearing the night that those 2 guys were murdered. Weird... :rolleyes:
 
There seem to be quite a few people here who really, really want to believe Ray Lewis murdered a couple of people, despite the fact he clearly didn't.

Even the "Kobe is a rapist" haters think you guys are overboard.

Yes, Kobe and Ray Lewis paid out claims to each defendant (or family), but they clearly didn't commit any crimes. Just being found not guilty doesn't mean they are innocent.

Not guilty means legally couldn't prove it in court that they were guilty.

Innocent means they didn't do it.
 
True story is 99.9% of black men in America get charged and convicted of murder or conspiracy/abetting to murder in the same situation Ray Lewis was in, but Ray had the money for the attorneys to get out of it.
