Ravens and Patriots.

Sounds like a defense vs. an offense. Literally.
Most will pick Brady to roll without even a thought.
From what I've seen/read, the Ravens haven't allowed good TE's to get away with much. But they have a lot to deal with in this game. They're going to be playing two starting-quality TE's..... Even if they account for Gronk, and somehow manage to keep tabs on Hernandez at the same time, Welker will tear the field a new *******.
I think the Ravens can win if they bring the heat on D and bring it early and often. Sounds way easier than it's gonna be. If Rice can get to rolling he can make things a little easier for Flacco. There's going to be about zero to no room for Flacco to make mistakes though.

I wouldnt trust Flacco to do anything, especially win in Foxboro

This could be like the Jets/Colts game a couple years ago. The Ravens will probably be in it but eventually Brady and the Gronk monster will be way too much to handle

I think the Pats win, but I hope they don't. Flacco is going to have to step up if Baltimore is going to win this, and I just don't see it happening. Reed bailed them out last week, but T.J. Yates is no Tom Brady.

That's just it. I see them over-accounting for this combination, and getting burned by Brady-Welker/Hernandez.......
Although, some of what I read sounds like the Raven's D can handle it. Hard to buy into that.

I want the Ravens to win but I think they are a bit of a paper monster on defense...dont get me wrong, they are great. But they arent the Super Bowl winning defense. Unless Ngata and Suggs can get tons of pressure and rattle brady I think the pats have too many weapons

All y'all drinking the "Patriot defense SUCKS!" koolaid are delusional.
They haven't lost since Nov 6th. Nine game winning streak. All with "no defense"?!?
Do some homework, haters.

I'm saying Houston's D is better, and Baltimores offense will play better than they did against Houston.

NE wins because of their offense.

How many playoff teams did they beat in that stretch? 1, Denver. In fact they are 1-2 vs. playoff teams this year.

FYI- The Ravens are 6-0 vs. playoff teams, 7-0 if you count the Houston playoff game.
2-Pitt
2-Cincy
SF
2-Houston

I heard that the Pats haven't beat a team with a winning record all season (someone check that). I still think they win, becuase Brady will not allow them to lose. Not this year.

This is a total strawman. New England does not set their own schedule.

Friendly wager, H8? You take the murdering rat (fkn ray lewis) and his squad, I'll take The Patriots. Line @ kickoff Sunday afternoon.
Pick a prize.

Uhhh, I dont think the poster was implying it was New England's fault. He was more taking a cautious wait and see approach with the Patriots until they beat someone that has won more games than they have lost.

Im with you though Vint- New England wins the AFC Title game and Super Bowl by double digits each game.

Just hoping the Raven OL, led by Marshall Yanda, can control the LOS and keep the ball out of Patsy's hand.

You mean hail mary's scare the crap out of you. That's about all Eli is capable of. Problem is, his big arse WR corp goes up and gets it for him.

Hakeem Nicks is LEGIT. I don't know if Devin McCourty can contain him for 60 min. :(
