Was looking at some stats this morning and noticed that CJB's 57 yard scamper was the second longest run in over 4 years...the only run longer in the time frame was Parker's 60 yard jet sweep in 2014.

Wow.

If there was a stat on touchdown runs from a runningback out of the backfield since 2010, we would be sitting in last with zero. I wonder what the next lowest is. Gotta be close to 10 doesn't it?

Well considering Coker last played in 2011 and from 2012 thru 2014, our primary ball carrier was a 240lb converted fullback, then it's not too surprising that we haven't had many big plays in the run game....

It's not like before Weisman, we were busting long runs. Longest run by years (starting 2004 because im too lazy to go to NCAA.org).

2015 - 57 yards (Beathard)
2014 - 60 yards (Parker)
2013 - 43 yards (Canzeri)
2012 - 44 yards (Weisman)
2011 - 50 yards (Coker)
2010 - 75 yards (Robinson)
2009 - 43 yards (Robinson)
2008 - 75 yards (Greene)
2007 - 30 yards (Sims)
2006 - 44 yards (Sims)
2005 - 71 yards (Sims)
2004 - 47 yards (Lewis)

Those might be the longest runs by years, but I'm guessing in some of those years, there was multiple long runs of 30+ yards.
