I was listening to Murph and Andy this afternoon and they touched on this. We all know DJK's love affair with media and during the Shawn Terrell segment he states that he heard from other reporters that DJK scheduled zero classes on Tuesday afternoons this semester so that there wouldnt be any conflicts meeting with the media. He also goes on to say that he has class scheduled every wednesday afternoon which causes him to miss practice. I love DJK but if this is the case then he should be witheld from the media.

we're really missing solid entertainment value in this years player interviews. listening to stanzi, robinson and sash give the same locked-down pro forma college-football-speak answers week after week is yawn inducing and pales in comparison to angerer's monologues. no offense to those players, they're great pupils of Ferentz and play it really close o the vest. DJK could have filled that void nicely this year. alas. we'll never know what might have been.

Given his exuberance on the field, I think Mike Diesel might be a good interview if they let him get out of the box a little bit. Coker gave good HS interviews and so did CJF. We'll see if they can bring some excitement in the future.

ahh, the never ending chess game played by KF and DJK. i just hope that DJK doesn't go off the reservation on KF once he is done with the program. That could open a can-o-worms for recruiting.
