the pattern the last few games are opponents are corner blitzing on obivious passing downs. How much tape do you guys go over with Vandenburg to help Identifying blitzes and coverages? Does you gameplan expecting that?
 
The past few seasons the special teams has not been good as for in the early years was a staple of Iowa.and won us big games. Who is accountable for that?
 
We have 2:40 secs left and we have been running the ball down there throat all game. Why not run it a few times, maybe atleast on first down
 
Why do we throw it 2x in a row to Herman, who has not been able to catch the flu all year, and then throw it to Jason White. Are you kidding me
 
It's the same old crap. Everything that happened...the corner blitzs...the onside kick... was completely predicatable. (My teenage girl even said...maybe they'll do something crazy like an onside kick...they have nothing to lose right?) WELL it's obvious...to everyone except our coaching staff.

Jesus H Christ. I'm so tired of hearing how great a coach Ferentz is. Same old thing....over and over...and over.

Make some changes or Go. Period.
 
the special teams coach and kok need to be fired now.they can fing walk to wherever they move to. need to be at the airport with pitchforks and torches
 
All I know is Kirk better have is head held to the fire on tuesday and we want answers! This is pathetic
 
I have never on this board said Fire Ferentz but I believe the staff has to be gutted. You think the D-Line is horrible this year wait till next year
 
That was simply a pathetic performance. No guts, no emotion, no nothing at the end of the game. Unbelievable.
 
I became clear to me after the Iowa State game that this coaching staff is TERRIBLE at making in game adjustments. They are good during the week and developing players but if the game does not go according to their game plan, we are in trouble.

How do you not defend against the onside kick? It blows my mind.
