Good or bad?
While it's nice to get the players some competitive basketball during the off-season, it can also be a breeding ground for developing bad habits.
Habits that lead to poor fundamentals, such as: lack of intensity on defense, undisciplined rotations, poor decision making with the ball, not blocking out, not getting back in transition and lack of focus on free throws.
