This is a huge topic, and we all have opinions on it. It's understandable.

I would ask that if you want to discuss it, could you please begin making your posts on this matter in the Big 10 Sports forum we have...you can find it in the drop down menu, or here. Thank you

What about General CFB?

I guess I don't care...just not in Iowa football.

I just moved 41 PSU topics from the Iowa football forum, and I was only on page three of the Iowa football forum history...incredible. I knew there were a lot of posts, but had no idea it was that many actually...and that was only through around noon yesterday.

wow, removing all those threads brought up some old topics that were buried.

Yeah, there were a lot of threads on the topic but there is no bigger sports/news story going on then this.

big big story, last night on espn they used the 9-11 saying of "you will always remember where you were when this happened"... i'll have to think about that....

Wow. Usually I never have a problem with ESPN, but that is some weapon's grade derp right there. I didn't even hear he got fired until I read it this morning.

I agree. I'll probably never forget this happened but to say that I'd never forget where I was when I heard the news (like 9-11) is ridiculous.

I haven't been following the story closely Duff. Scandalous stories like this get watered down with lies, distortions, conjecture and emotional opinions, and leave little room for truth. It is a terrible thing that happened, but I don't really see how wading into the quagmire is worth my time.

the press conference was really intersting (to me at least). Just so corporate to me, the board of trustees with their spokesperson giving the same ol lines "in the best interest" etc. Everyone questioning him, challenging him, reminded me of my days reporting to a board, to employees, etc. wow, interesting
