PSU Bradley is no longer on staff, perusing other opportunities per ESPN

I would be amazed if any PSU coach under Paterno has a coaching job prior to the Sandusky trial concluding.

You mean like Larry Johnson, Sr being retained?

Similar to it not being fair to punish current PSU players for transgressions of one man, it is equally unfair to do the same to other coaches who were on the staff during that time.

Until someone can show me one shred of evidence, or find Bradley's name mentioned in ANY of the affidavits and subpoena's, then it is completely unfair to profess him guilty by association.

Tom Bradley would be a home run hire for KF.

I agree, some people are very quick to judge.

How do you know as the institution doing the hiring that his or another staff members name won't come up during the trial?

To much risk involved until the conclusion of the trial(s).

FYI...I am not judging.

I don't know that, but the fact that his, or other coaches for that matter, names were found nowhere in the grand jury report, and that during all the Grand Jury testimony that took place other coaches weren't mentioned leads me to believe the same will probably hold true during a trial.

Their names aren't just going to be mentioned suddenly during a trial.

And a trial is months, quite possibly more than a year away. I guarantee you, guarantee it, that those coaches not mentioned will be able to find other jobs, some probably easily.

And I'm sorry, but you are absolutely judging those coaches. To be fair to you, you are not the only one on this site doing it. You've got company.

This is good news for the Hawks. I hope he is in the running for the DC job I think he would be a great addition. It would help immensely that he is from within the conference. Talk about hit the ground running. I think Bradley is clean. As mentioned before his name has not come up and in this high profile of a case the names would be flying if there was even a whiff of knowledge.

Whats all the fuss with this guy. Why in the heck with all thats going on with our program and the one he was directly involved with would we want to bring that guy here? I don't care what he knew or when he knew it. But damn it lets just stay as far away from that stench as possible. I'd much rather have Phil Parker then him just from the PR angle alone. I'm not crazy about Phil but anyone other then a PSU castaway works for me. If he's so darn good why wouldn't Obrien not try and keep him? Same reason we shouldn't want him

Because O'brien will want to bring in his own staff. Bradley is a good coach, and if he wasn't involved with what happened there then there isn't much to keep someone from hiring him.

Do you want to see pressors with Kirk having to answer questions about the PSU mess? If Kirk is to interview him that topic has to come up it just has to. I think Kirk wouldn't want to touch that with a ten foot pole. That alone is why it won't happen.

The questions might come in the first or second presser and then they'd likely be over the rest of his presumed career at Iowa.

Sure from the media. What about in the living room of every kid he is trying to recruit? You don't think parents would see it as a negative? Don't you think other coaches would use it very effectively to negatively recruit against us? As others have said until everything blows over, fair or unfair everyone on that staff is to big a risk.

I know everyone on the Penn St staff is a risk to hire. However, I think his positives would out weigh any negatives.
