PSU and possible TV Ban

How would this work if it is true?
Would Iowa Penn State not be on TV? Or would they just regionally block it out?

I would guess that means unless someone is transmitting a bootleg copy somehow, no Penn State game can be on a network anywhere..

Would they then have to pay the Big Ten teams for loss revenues I wonder?
People have been saying TV Ban, just don't see how it will work unless they pay schools for loss revenue.

I know years ago back in the early 90's Texas-San Antonio or Arlington or some texas basektball team was playing in the Amana Hawkeye Classic and was on tv ban, the game couldn't be shown live but it was on tape delay afterwards and I remember watching it back at the hotel as a kid (I was right behind Mac and Morgan at halftime and ended up being on tv the whole time they interviewed some guy). No idea if it still works that way, are any NCAA programs currently on a tv ban?

They could turn the statue around so it looks the other way! Wouldn't that be something, because Joe Pa and the other guys looked the other way. Back when the first victims and stuff happened, that is what they did. I should start a new thread.

Wow, I guess I'll just stop posting on here. Such friendly people to talk sports with.
