According to AccuWeather rain is expected beginning at 6 pm and continuing most of the evening. I'm not sure what the impact will be, but turnovers usually increase. I've not watched Wisconsin too much and it didn't look much different from last years team when I did. The QB change for Iowa will be the biggest thing WI has to adjust for in this game. I hope Iowa's pass defense has improved because WI passing was somewhat effective against PSU. Punting maybe the edge by making Wisconsin drive long distances. Iowa being at home, coming off a win, and on a nasty weather night when WI is coming off a lost to PSU makes me think Iowa 24 WI 21.

Two good but not great defenses and two questionable quarterbacks. Locke has more playing time this year than Sully, But hasn't looked all that good. Wisconsin's cornterbacks seem to be a bit beat up. I am hoping Iowa's secondary is healthy.

Possibility of cold rain dampens (pun intended) Kinnick aura.
Agree 1 QB shut down but add that 1 has a breakout game. I fear who will be who based on how it usually works out between these 2 and that Wisc been waiting for air game to take off and weakened Iowa D is prime to allow it.
2 L's imply a reversal between 2 fairly evenly average teams with similar styles.

Sully kept his cool and didn't let all the first quarter nonsense get to him. The two TD's and the stop in the second quarter set the tone for the rest of the game. If Iowa comes up short on one or more of those drives and Wisky scores, it's a different game.
Also, Early in the game, Wisconsin OC emphasized the passing game way too much.

Came close on the defensive TD. I thought Jackson was going to return that crazy INT for a TD.
