From lurking around BC football threads, it sounds like their fanbase is jacked to be there and will show up in force at Yankee Stadium. Iowa fanbase, on the other hand, is one collective yawn for this game. Add to that the fact that Alaric Jackson is suspended and I'm seeing another bowl loss. Since Iowa loves this score so much, I'm gonna go with 17-10.

The good news, for me anyway, is that I really don't give a shit either way.

I am predicting a win in this game. Ken O'keefe was around the last time we won a bowl game. He is back and while he has no direct impact on much of anything we win this game. 31-10

Ground and pound seems like the recipe due to both teams' philosophy and general weather condition of cold as ice. Expect a big day from Akrum and an efficient day from Stanley. Fant will have a good day on some play action hits against an overmatched BC defense not ready for a big ten semi full of zone runs. Turnovers and field position play a big factor, and BC is forced to throw and doesn't find success until late. Go Hawks!
