Anyone think there is a correlation between the lack of focus, lack of fire and most recently lack of discipline when players no longer have to worry about facing either OC/DC on the sidelines?

I can understand the general rationale as they get to see more of the entire field but I felt the same after Norm shifted from the sideline to the press box...the intensity just didn't seem quite the same.
