Predictions for 2009 FB season

Can someone go back and retrieve the Iowa Football predictions for wins?

As I recall, GhostofBustamante predicted Iowa would only have 7 wins..............!

And me, well, I predicted 10, but that was without the Bowl win.

:)
 
I wasn't on this board when the season started, but I did predict an 8-4 win season minus the bowl.

What is your point in bringing this up?

Who knows? Just like in 2008, there were about a bazillion different ways that last season could have played out, and all of them were plausible.
 
This board didn't exist at the beginning of this season, and all the stuff on the Scout board has probably dropped off into oblivion because it's too old. I don't post on the Rivals board...having said that, I think I was hoping for 9-3 or 10-2.
 
I was predicting 9-3, with a split at PSU/OSU, a split between Wiscy/MSU, and one other where the team should have won but didn't, because it seem we always seemed to have one.
 
I thought 10 was very possible, but would've settled for 8 with that road schedule and another NYD bowl game in Florida.
 
I said 8 - 4. I thought we'd be better than last year but, saw us having a much tougher scheadule resulting in the same record. I predicted one home lose, most likely coming to Northwestern. Then I though we would win one of the conference road games.
 
I think any Iowa fan would have been happy with 8-4 in 2009 considering the schedule (and a New Year's Day bowl).

11-2 was very satisfying, considering all of the close games that came down to the 4th quarter(including the Orange Bowl).
