in a recent interview, KF said that he simply likes to coach. JM speculated that after he steps down, it would not be a surprise to see him coach Iowa's oline. That makes a lot of sense to me.

Unless he feels he owes his wife some sort of retirement and be able to do stuff before they have to wear diapers and have to drink their supper.

Cant you start collecting SS at 62?

Ferentz will have to decide if he can afford to to take SS early at 62 or wait until the full retirement date at 66 or 67 to take SS. The lastest he can wait to take SS is 70.

The way I calculate it, if he he thinks he will live until at least 82, then he should wait until he is at least 70 to take SS.
