1 Wisconsin Still class of the Big Ten
2 Michigan St Have a better resume of wins compared to Nebraska
3 Nebraska Should have lost to Ohio St big time at home
4 Michigan Lost on the road to MSU, shut down Denard you win
5 Penn St A weak 6-1 team, but does have a good defense
6 Ohio St A poorer Ohio St can still prove to be a tough outing for the typical Big Ten opponents.
7 Illinois The biggest drop in my poll.... 6-1 probably because of schedule although they are an improved team for sure....stupid coaching moves by Zook...lost to Ohio St at home.
8 Iowa Bounce back against Northwestern, but has a bad defense and an offense that can look good, mediocre, and bad at times.
9 Northwestern Probably the best 2-4 team in the country, but has a very bad defense.
10 Purdue Can put points on the board.....Iowa, Illinois, and Ohio St need to be focused on the road against them.
11 Indiana Bad
12 Minnesota Badder....not very good at all

That's how I would rank it.. But really the gap between 1 and 2 appears to be very large at this point.

How I'd sort it by Tiers at the moment, with the Tier below having a chance to beat teams of Tiers one or two levels above on a good day.

Tier 1 Complete Team: Wisconsin

Tier 2 Hard to Beat if they are on their game: Michigan State, Nebraska

Tier 3 Good But Too Flawed to be Great: Michigan, Ohio State, Illinois, Penn State

Tier 4 Wildcard: Iowa (Possible to join Tier 3 if they improve, or Tier 5 if they regress)

Tier 5 Self Inflicted Wounders: Purdue, Northwestern

Tier 6 A Few Years Away: Indiana

Tier 7 Hurts to Watch: Minnesota
