OK, here's my idea: Kinnick and Trice, bronzed, on top of the existing base, which is fine. Next, the corn element, bronzed and shaped to hold a football. The football? Glad you asked. The ROTC programs from each school jog the gameball from one campus to the other.
Make the bronzed corn element to hold the ball. Have the players from the winning school sign it. ROTC on it in the winning school's colors.
Auction the football on the Monday of game week going into the next season's game. Proceeds to a spolighted hunger shelter in the state.
