Maybe it was just that when I'm shooting, I'm not 100% tuned into what's going on in the game, but it seemed like King had a relatively quiet day, too.
I truly look forward to KF and staff to have a month to prep for a big bowl game. Some the above mentioned could be keys to our success. Duzey and Powell would help our offense immensely.
I will be shocked if we don't use Powell a TON in the bowl game. A month to game plan and going up against a potential SEC defense is a recipe for Powell's speed.
Need the QB to get the ball to these guys to use them. Watching the reply, Iowa's O didn't take advantage of a lot of opportunities. Too many squandered possessions to get the ball to all the available playmakers.

Some of it was strategy as well. Wiesman/Canzeri got almost all of the HB carries, and the TEs and KMM seemed to be our only pass targets. On defense, I heard King's name called a few times--then again, when their QB can hardly get his passes off, you might not hear the DBs names all that often.
We only threw about 15 times, so naturally guys like Powell and Dusey might not get targeted as much.
I'm not worried. The guys who stepped up the most, like Canzeri and CJF and KMM (with one drop exception), did what needed to be done.
