I'm going w/ the fumblerooskie. Meercat showed incredible situational awareness on that one as well as some entertaining aerial work. And it ended with a touchdown.

great post. I think the play of the game was CJ's beautiful naked boot and then throw on the run for the late touchdown. Wow, his touch on his throws is OUTSTANDING

Re watching the game, and the play that changes everything was CJ's great effort to avoid the safety. If he doesn't get out of the end zone on that sack ISU goes up 12-3 and Iowa has to kick the ball back to them. Instead Iowa goes on and drives 98 yards for the TD and ties the game at 10-10

CJ spinning, squirming to keep from getting tackled in the end zone. A play or two later, he's off on his 45 yard scramble. Saw this after my post - Deanvogs - we're on the same page.

nope, the fake FG was the play of the game. fired the team up even though it did not work. show3d that coaches had confidence that Iowa is the better team that they did not need the measly 3 points and they were going to have some fun instead.

Anyone who who thinks this was play of the game needs its a head exam. Please just stop already! There was nothing to like about that last 51 seconds of the half. KF left 7 points on that field with his crawl in the shell conservative play, that was brutal and sickening to watch.


The turning point is simply. Iowa Defensive front smashing The ISU OL and getting pressure on Richardson. it was defensive clinic that last 30 mins!!!!!

I know how deflating as a fan it can feel to give up long QB runs on 3rd and long.

Im going with CJs run. Such a huge flip in momentum.

We won because of the big plays we made. Runs by bethard, long pass to vandenberg, Td pass to tevaun, Td pass to mccaron, it was a big play day. Something we haven't seen since.... Well the days when we won some games.
