Thanks, didn't know it was going to be on ESPN3. KenPom has Pepperdine at 131, just 3 spots behind Rutgers, so not too bad. Should be a blowout though of course, Iowa has been bet up to -15.5.
 
I'd like to see Clemmons coming off the bench tonight with either Jok or Oglesby starting. Need to shake up the backcourt a little bit.
 
Couldn't hurt, maybe a start gets one of them going early and confidence up. I don' think we have a problem in this one. If I was a betting man ... I'd take Iowa -15

The Hawks guard play has been very weak, but out of all of them I think Clemmons has been the "least worst" out of the bunch. He should remain a starter for now.

Oglesby is simply a one-trick pony...he can shoot but he can't create a shot, and he can't play defense. Jok seems like the tools are there on offense but he's too hesitant for whatever reason. Gesell can't make a free throw or an outside shot right now. Dickerson is lightning fast but at times almost too fast for his own good and occasionally he jacks up a wild ill-advised shot.

At this point I think your best starting rotation is what Fran has thrown out there...except maybe replacing Gesell with Jok or Oglesby.
 
Clemmons is not a great ball-handler. His knock out of HS was no off hand. Mopkins, I'm not really disagreeing, just pointing out flaws. Obviously all the guards have them. I think Dickerson needs to develop, but I don't see that happening over night. Shake it up and start Jok.
 
All this espn3 junk makes me upset! Another game on my computer I guess. When is btn going to make it's online feed roku compatible? That would help out so much.
