That really had nothing to do with the point of my argument... hence the screaming vs not screaming.

Also I really don't agree with your sentiment either because Fran has tried every which way to handle these guys but they can't get out of their own way.

What really is your point? I just said he is responsible. Ok, you blame 20 year olds/ You ever managed people, especially young people? Don't jump the case of kids, who gets paid millions?

After Fran got suspended and returned to the bench he seemed more focused on keeping his anger under control during games then he was on coaching then what was going on the court. It showed in some of his substitution patterns. Its obvious the teams lack of communication starts with the head coach. Maybe Frans screaming is his way to communicate and after he got the gag order from upstairs he just couldn't get through to the players.

Yet all the players seem to love him, they come out for warm ups wearing shirts to support his son, the recruits that have committed all want to play for Fran. None of this adds up to the players being affected by what little screaming he has done, which mostly has been directed at officials. The last coach Iowa had did not scream at anybody and it was funny how no one but his son wanted to play for him.
