Penn State to play Syracuse & Rutgers

Penn State will play both Syracuse and Virginia in 2013. Now, unless one or both of these teams are in the Big Ten, PSU will probably only get one cupcake on its schedule if the Big Ten goes to 9 games. Anyone else think this may be another sign of the Big Ten expansion plans?

Not really. It seems that all Big ten schools have played syracuse at one point or another. I am not reading anything into it. I find it funny though, until the Big ten sets their new schedules later this summer, that any team in the Big ten would work to schedule any games.
