Penn State Tickets ?

Has anyone purchased tix thru the PSU ticket office? Iowa away game order deadline is 6/15 and our group won't have a headcount until later in the summer. Is it hard to get them from Penn State? We're likely looking for 6-8 tix together. If anyone has any experience with getting tickets for PSU, suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

A couple other words of advice...

**If you have anyone in your group who's even remotely over a like a 36" waist I'd get 2 seats. Seriously. Beaver Stadium seating is ridiculously tight.

**If you're flying out and driving to State College from the south or east may god have mercy on your soul. It's mostly two lane roads from the east and almost all two lane from the south with lots of mountain driving. Hopefully you luck out and it's a night game because you will want to be getting there at least 5-6 hours before the game. I can't stress enough how bad traffic is in the radius around State College on game day. If you end up with a morning or day game I'd consider finding a motel somewhere close the night before. I shit you not, like 20 miles away coming from the south on Hwy 26 you'll start seeing these big white dots painted on the road and signs telling you to keep one "dot" space between you and the next car because the traffic is so nuts. Two years ago my buddy's boss drove from Gettysburg and missed a big chunk of the game because it took almost 5 hours (normally a 2 hr drive). To put it in perspective, The entire town is only 4 square miles in the middle of BFE and they're trying to cram probably 200,000 people in there if you count tailgaters.

**Don't bring up Joe Pedterno because there's a small contingent who will freak out about him being framed and want to start shit. Other than that the PSU fans were by far and away the nicest of any B1G away game I've ever been to.
