Release the hounds.
he was a good man whose lapse in judgment brought him down
Any and all respect I ever had for that place is now utterly gone. Those students are effing pathetic. Are they going to go riot when Sandusky is convicted too? Do they really care this little that all these little boys had their innocence robbed from them? Do they really not care that their beloved coach covered for, and harbored this molesting POS? Shame on you PSU. You are a disgrace to our conference, your state, and this country.
A good man doesn't have a lapse in judgment 13 years ago (and, more likely, Sandusky's habits were known earlier than that)... then continues to let that judgment lapse again and again to protect a serial child rapist.
So you know with 100% certainty that Joe Pa knowingly covered for Sandusky. You are involved in the investigation, you have questioned Joe Pa and you have iron clad proof, right? Can I see it?
IF, big IF he knowingly did cover, then absolutely I'm on your side. If not, then he is being villainized wrongly. Unfortunately most people make their own judgements without knowing the facts, including Jon Miller.
1. The dude flat out admitted he could/should have done more.
2. When McQueary came to him with this info it was not the first time Joe had heard of what Sandusky was doing. He knew of at least one prior incident.
3. Joe did not bother to follow up on any of this for a decade now. Sandusky was working out at the U LAST WEEK.
I rest my case. Thanks for your time.
So in other words you have no proof at all. In HINDSIGHT he says he wishes he would have done more. That's what anyone would have said in that situation. He told his superior who told the person in charge of the University Police Department. So it's not like he did nothing. Nothing you are saying can prove that Joe Pa had full knowledge of this situation and knowingly covered up for Sandusky. Again if it comes out that he did, then I am right on your side. I just prefer to know the facts. You are not presenting any facts that proves his knowledge and/or involvement in this.
@AJaClay Adrian Clayborn
So they about to riot at penn state?? Bet if I blocked another punt that would send their *** home lol...again.
@lukezimLuke Zimmermann
If only we could get Matt McGloin and/or Rob Bolden leading this offensive, the entire drive would be over in minutes.
Looks more like an occupation than a riot....only with lots more people

Paterno could have avoided this had he just did the right thing and wondered why the **** this sicko was still allowed on campus years after the initial reported incident.
Stu Scott making unfounded claims that some of these students have been drinking. More terrible journalism from ESPN.
