A friend and I are making our first trip to Penn St. Should arrive early in afternoon on Friday and looking for advice on things to do & places to see Friday afternoon and evening. Is there a particular bar/restaurant or place where Hawkeyes gather? Any advice on tailgating on gameday? Better places to park, etc?
