You're right - it's not obvious to everyone. I'm not saying Pearl absolutely won't move, I firmly believe we have a shot if we deliver the $$$. But don't be surprised if Pearl dances the dance, and a lot of people on these boards fall for it.... only to be let down when he stays in Knoxville with a bigger deal.
