Same with when Dobbins caught the pass in the first half had possession as he crossed the line but the ball moved when it hit the ground. If he was carrying the ball and reached over the line and the ball hit the ground it would be a score. Not sure why there is inconsistencies on those two situations because to me regardless of the position they are a ball carrier
