Paul White - 2014

I have a hard time imagining him wanting to come here but it's cool that Fran is at least trying to get some damn good players (if the rumor is true)
 
If Fran dedicates the time to this kid like he did with Woody and Gesell, I would at least give us a shot of getting him. Plus, we need to start getting some Chicago players, and you have to start somewhere.
 
Probaby a longshot,but worth a try. Cliff Alexander and Paul White in 2014? Now that would be cooking with gas!

Even Calipari would be jealous of that class.

Now the chances of it happening are extremely slim, but it's always fun to dream.
 
not to steal a thread but Fran also offered ESPN Super 25 Recruit Cliff Alexander from Chicago, so Fran is going after the kids, no matter where they are, as to the comment about a kid wanting to come here, you'd be amazed where they go, besides Fran is building something special and is offerring a style of play that kids like
 
just looked on ESPN, what a class to wish for, and all three have a offer;
Tyus Jones PG 6'1 #5
Paul White SF 6'8 #17
Cliff Alexander PF 6'9 #13

White is listed as a SF on ESPN, that's a Duke type of class

also Reese Flemings is friends with Alexander
 
I think we'd really be able to claim that we are back with a class right that. In fact we'd probably be get to the next level we've been waiting for.
