Daver said "almost certainly knew", you said "probably did know". Not much difference between the two opinions.

My point--if you would allow me--is that we don't have "proof" he covered up anything. Do I "think" he did? Probably. I also thought OJ Simpson was guilty of murder and Casey Anthony was guilty of, at minimum", manslaughter. The law and the courts say otherwise.

Judge Freeh will be dropping the hammer on Penn State this week. It's pretty obvious Paterno will be named in the coverup. His family is already going on the defensive with some pre-emptive statements.
