Anyone aware of any place where Hawkeye fans gather in the Ozarks. We're going to be down there for a weekend later and don't want to miss the game. thanks:cool:

I've watched a Hawkeye game at Pickled Pete's. Decent experience, not exclusively Hawkeye fans but they had all the games available. It's located on Bus 54 in Osage Beach. I'm sure there are more locations.

On the National I-Club website, they do list that there is an Ozark Area I-Club. The contact information is a bit dated (2011), but it might be worth a shot. They list a contact email as:
Springfield/Ozarks Area

If you actually will be in the Springfield, MO area, like the poster below is referencing, I believe they still watch their games at Champ's. I watched the UNI game a few years ago with the two field goals at the end. That was a scene, to be sure. They have a good gathering for games as a rule, or at least they did then.

I myself will be in Branson this weekend and will probably watch the game from Old Chicago at Branson Landing. I think there is another bar that is more sports themed at Branson Landing now, but I haven't spent much time there and I have watched a few games at Old Chicago through the years and also when it was the other bar before that whose name escapes me. It is a pretty good place to watch a game.
