Outscoring teams, it's now an option?

Sloppy, no D, whatever u want to call it, but it sure is nice to watch the Hawks outscore, or have the ability to; outscore teams.

I bet the players are having a whole helluva lot more fun than trying to win 52-48 as well!

Go get em Fran, and go hawks!!!

Agree ... No more peach-basket basketball in Iowa City ... :)

Lickliter's fake good defense was annoying to watch and what I mean by that is the other team didn't score very much but it was because we held onto the ball and never shot.

Like a bad relationship, Lickliter is a bad memory. He did great harm to the Iowa BB program.

In the history books of Iowa BB, Lickliter's name should be taken out anywhere it appears and replaced with "the guy that tried to destroy Iowa BB."

At least he played his son, which is something he wanted to do all along.

Yeah exactly.. It might very well be true that Iowa's defense was pretty highly rated in the "points allowed" category, but we all knew this was a farce because the games were being played at pace to get you to the 50's, maybe the 60's at most.

I love that the team is always looking for the fast break - even off of A&T's makes last night.. We've probably had more fast break points in the first two games than Lick's teams would get in a season. It's a breath of fresh air.

I think I'll reserve my judgement until after we play a team in the top 500 of the RPI. There are prep schools that are better than what we have played so far.
