Other Boards Feedback

I spent some time this morning checking out other schools boards as well as a couple of national sites. First from Baylor, UTEP, Pitt, and Memphis sites. Not one word about any of their coaches being interested in the Iowa job. From VOLNATION thirty pages about Pearl and Iowa. Most posts were cheap shots and jokes about Iowa. From GOPHERHOLE Tubby tells Sid H. on sports show " I am not a candidate for any other job." If he does leave some of their fans want Butler coach Brad Stevens. From one national site. Poll on which open coaching jobs would be the best. Iowa comes in second behind Oregon. Please remember this comes from out of state posters and they seem to have more respect for the Iowa program than many of the home boys. One poster said " If Iowa gets someone who can recruit Chicago look out ! Other tidbits Kentucky assistant coach Antiguma candidate for UCF job and Randy Bennett rumored to Oregon.

I shouldn't be but I'm always interested in what others r sayin about what's goin on here. Anyother talk from big ten sites?

I'd love to know what other fans of b10 teams think about us possible hiring an up tempo coach.what would that do to the b10!

Penn St. has one player transfering. If anyone else leaves their coach may be on the way out. Same situation that Lickliter faced.

I really don't think that other Big 10 boards are that interested in the Iowa basketball program. It is like if we were concerned about Penn State's program.
