Other BIG college basketball

Michigan is just scary, I know it was Illinois, but when they are on they can beat teams in so many ways. The effort they are giving on the defensive end is something fun to watch.

Did anyone see the block by Glenn Robinson III tonight? If you didn't, see if it is on You Tube, wow did he get high and I think he did get it on the way up, crazy.

Not that I care either way but does the clock stop when the ball crosses the out of bounds line or when it hits something? Just thought it was weird they didn't look at the clock when there was .9 left.

I believe it starts when the ball is touched by a player.

Has to land out of bounds or hit something OB for it to stop
 
On an unrelated note, I thought the shot clock reset after a kicked ball. Did that rule change or am I wrong?

It resets to 15 seconds if there are 14 or less seconds left on the clock when it is kicked. If there are 15 or more seconds it does not reset

What do you have a rule book in front of you or something? :) Has that rule always been that way?
