Unless I'm dyslexic, people are missing the point. There's no way Fryowa can lose that bet if Noah goes pro after this year. The key phrase in his post is regular season. Any game Iowa plays, or doesn't play, after November 23 would no longer be considered regular season. Unless a potential CCG is considered regular season and there's no way a healthy Fant is missing that one.

You’re correct, but it doesn’t matter. IF he shows up at the combine and blows it out of the water in terms of measurables, all is forgotten about his injury. IF his combine stats and measurables aren’t good, then he has problems. But if he’s as athletic as before the injury, his game film will be enough and he will be a high draft pick.

That's why I said he is going to have to really wow at the combine.
I just think having a "core injury" that takes you out for the season (he got injured playing TCU), is going to have people watching a little closer.
