Oregon's helmets...

Wait, they're switching at halftime? What is this, a Sylvester Stallone 'Over the Top' moment?

Brilliant! OVER the TOP!

They are terrible. And I think that they are unfair. I mean, there have to be rules about uniforms in sports, no? In baseball, you can't wear white sleeves, or a white glove, for example. I have never liked it when teams (like Oregon) wear uniforms that are unfair. They play on an all-grass field, and wear all green jerseys and outfits, how is that fair? Boise plays on an all-blue field and wears solid blue uniforms. I don't think it should be allowed.I would expect the helmets to produce a huge glair. I don't want the NCAA to literally turn into the fashion police, but you have to draw the line somewhere. Oregon's helmets look like someone got a little carried away with the tin-foil.

The baseball analogy is terrible. Its a white ball and you are throwing your ball to your opponent. How do these helmets give them an advantage?

Fine if you dont like them but dont make them out to be a competitive advantage.

Its only Jan 2nd and we may already have the post of the year. Hats off to you. What a fantastic post!

You people realize that aren't physically changing uniforms at halftime right? Their uniforms are just going to reflect the light different when the sun is down.

Those helmets are trucking sick! We do not have the money like NikeU, but man I like the looks of their uni's today.

Also, Wisconsin's red has some sort of pattern, don't know if it always has or not, but they do tonight.
