Saban is a great coach, HOF coach, so don't get me wrong. Just don't believe he could to the same thing at Oregon that he did at Alabama.

The thing about the Oregon spread is that it has always been very run heavy. They run differently, but they still run more than they pass. I agree that it would be tough to sell the uptempo (and inability to change plays at the line) and the change in blocking schemes. But it would be a lot easier than convincing him to hand the keys to a Mike Leach type.
